What is the process?
Fill out a quick intake form, join a video or message-based consult, and get your treatment plan or prescription sent directly to your pharmacy.
Do you prescribe antibiotics?
Yes, when medically appropriate.
Do you treat emergencies?
No. If you're having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest ER.
Do you provide pediatric care?
No, we provide care for patients aged 18 and older only.
Do you accept any insurance?
No, we are a direct pay practice and do not accept insurance. Payment is accepted via cash, credit, debit, or HSA/FSA cards at the time of service.
Do you treat STDs or provide post-exposure HIV prophylaxis (PEP)?
No. These services require pre-treatment and follow-up lab testing,  involve reportable conditions to the Health Department.
Do you prescribe controlled substances?
No. We do not prescribe controlled medications, including but not limited to Oxycodone, Tramadol, Adderall, Soma, Lunesta, and similar drugs.
Do you order imaging or lab work?
No. At this time, we do not offer imaging or lab orders through our system, and these services typically require follow-up and result management, which we do not provide in this practice.
Can you start treatment for my hypertension, anxiety, or depression?
No. We do not initiate treatment for chronic conditions. These conditions require baseline and ongoing lab monitoring, as well as regular follow-up, which are beyond the scope of this practice.
Can you provide referrals to a specialist or physical therapist?
No. We do not have the ability to issue referrals.
Can I get a consultation from any location?
No. I can only provide care to patients located in states where I hold a medical license — California, Arizona, and Florida.
Do you treat pregnant patients?
No. We do not provide medical care for patients who are currently pregnant. Pregnant patients require evaluation, monitoring, and prescription approval from an OB/GYN or other qualified maternity care provider to ensure both patient and fetal safety. If you are pregnant and need medical care, please contact your OB/GYN or maternity care provider directly.
Can you fill out forms for me?
No. We do not complete any forms, including short-term disability, work restriction/modification letters, service or emotional support animal documentation, or handicap parking permit applications.
If you have an HMO plan, only your primary care provider (PCP) can provide referrals.
If you have a PPO plan, you typically do not need a referral — you may schedule directly with any specialist who accepts your insurance.
